The cost of importing a car from Japan includes the final price of the vehicle. If any of the offers presented arouses your interest, we proceed to the next stage, which is the bidding of the car. A. After signing the contract you agree to make a deposit to our account in the amount of not less than 10% of the estimated bid amount. In the event that you lose the auction or cancel your search for a car, this deposit will be returned to your account within 2 working days. This deposit may also remain with us for subsequent bidding, if you wish.

If we manage to auction your dream car for you, you are obliged to pay full payment for the costs incurred in Japan. The deposit must be made directly to the broker's account indicated in the settlement, within 2 working days of winning the auction. This is a necessary condition to avoid additional charges.

After posting cash in Japan, we pick up the vehicle from the auction house and transport it to the nearest port. Additional pictures of the car will be taken for you. After that, the vehicle will be loaded on board the ship sailing to Rotterdam or Bremerhaven (we will inform you about the update of the vehicle status by email).

Talking about the cost of importing a car from Japan you should also remember about customs fees. After crossing the sea road, the car goes to the customs agency, where it is once again photographed. The car goes through the clearance process there. After the completion of the customs procedure, you must pay the costs, which are calculated by the customs agency. In addition, customs duty and VAT must be accounted for. The transfer must be made directly to the account of the customs agency.

The expected vehicle is delivered directly to the place specified by you in Poland. Transporting a car from Japan is also an indication of the appropriate place of delivery of the car. The state indicates in advance the place of unloading of the car, the one that will guarantee the trouble-free access of the driver. The unloading of the vehicle is on the customer's side. Payment for the transport of the car to Poland is settled in cash upon receipt.

Once the vehicle is delivered to you, we settle our commission on the deposit previously paid and issue an invoice for our service. A complete set of documents is sent to you by courier, and you can already enjoy the purchased car at this time.

The final stage of importing a car from Japan is the registration of the vehicle. You will receive from us a set of required documents, which include: deed of ownership of the vehicle, purchase invoice from Japan, customs clearance documents confirming payment of duty and VAT due. In order to register a vehicle, the documents received must be accompanied by translations and confirmation of excise duty. This is the last stage of importing a car from Japan, and you can enjoy driving your dream car.
