The first generation of the E63 AMG was produced for a very short time. It is based on the E-Class, but additionally has an Airmatic suspension with revised, more sporty settings. There is also rear-wheel drive for this. In combination with a powerful engine, we get an inconspicuous, dignified and very fast car. The car appeared already after the facelift of the E-class, which occurred in 2006. Only the sedan body was intended for the Japanese market.

Mercedes E63 AMG W212 (2010-2016)

The next generation was sold with two engines, mid-production V8 Biturbo was introduced into the range. The door, hood and roof are made of aluminum. Until 2013, the car was rear-wheel drive, and from 2014 all-wheel drive entered. Airmatic suspension with adaptive shock absorbers is used.

In 2013, the car underwent a facelift. From the outside, new Multibeam LED headlights, a grill with wider slats and a new design of 19" rims appeared. After the lift of the Mercedes E63 AMG car, the interior received a larger multimedia screen (8.4" instead of 7"), as an option it was possible to order digital clocks 12.3". A new 4MATIC engine and drive were introduced.

• AMG Performance Package - power 585 hp, speed raised to 280 km/h, AMG Performance exhaust, suspension lowered by 10 mm;
• Night Package - black details, black matte wheels 19".

The latest generation of the E63 model was even lighter than the previous one. In addition to the suspension, the Airmatic also has a rear steering axle, which facilitates safe and dynamic cornering. The car has a 4MATIC+ drive with variable torque distribution. In 2020, the car underwent a facelift, which consisted in the introduction of new Digital Light headlights, a new grill, a new look of rims, the 2nd generation MBUX multimedia platform, a new steering wheel with touch buttons, as well as improved aerodynamics and changed drive settings.

The car was offered with only one engine. It is a 4.0 V8 Biturbo with 612 hp. The engine works with a 9-speed MCT gearbox.
